Job Summary

The Associate Compliance Consultant position provides support for GMP/compliance projects. Duties can range from collecting and organizing GMP documents to performing research on compliance topics and other tasks to ensure compliant and timely completion of client projects.

Essential Duties

  • Work with the Document Control & QMS team to ensure that document control requirements are met throughout the duration of the document lifecycle.

  • Assist with document collection, dissemination, and tracking thus ensuring compliance with SOPs, processes, and all applicable regulations.

  • Perform general administrative tasks to support project management activities and assist with the development and formatting of documents, review, and reconciliation of information.

  • Track and prepare project-specific information utilizing databases, spreadsheets, and other tools as assigned.

  • Work closely with the project manager and team members to fulfill assigned execution tasks.

  • May participate in process improvement and quality-related initiatives.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Minimum Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree required; scientific discipline preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in a life sciences industry.

  • Experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device manufacturing environment is preferred.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Good accuracy and attention to detail skills.

  • Sound organizational and prioritizing skills resulting in an effective workload management system.

  • Preferred experience working with electronic quality management systems.

  • Excellent computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) applications to prepare charts, tables, forms, reports, and presentations.

  • Must be able to prioritize tasks, plan proactively, and accomplish goals using well-defined instructions and procedures with minimal supervision.

  • Must be able to write clearly and summarize information effectively.
